As a Sales Administration Specialist, you play a crucial role in supporting the Consulting team prioviding services to Portfolio Companies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments to support sales activities.

The role is based in Lyon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting Contract Management: using the templates, draft the consulting contracts and manage the signing process. Collect and verify vital assignment details to ensure complete accuracy.
  • Time Tracking Coordination: Track and report the time spent by Operating Partners within portfolio companies. Maintain detailed records to support transparent invoicing and reporting practices. Execute the approval workflow.
  • Invoicing Process Support : Work closely with the accounting team to prepare invoicing and ensure data accuracy
  • Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries and issues related to orders, providing excellent service and resolving problems promptly.

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an adminsitrative role in an international environment
  • International Mindset: An ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds is essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Sales Administration Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
