TLDR

Support the sales team by streamlining operational processes and enhancing data management to enable focus on core revenue-generating activities.

Primary Objective: To support the sales team in achieving revenue goals by streamlining operational processes, ensuring accuracy in order management and enhancing the quality of data management (1KC and SAP) so that the team can fully focus on core sales activities. 

Key Activities:

  • Sales Administration
    • Enter sales case input in Seibel and process sales orders received.
    • Create invoices in SAP and issue them to clients.
    • Telephone call handling, parts inquiry management and document filing.
  • Lift truck Sales Administration
    • Register sales cases and sales orders in Siebel (SP25).
    • Coordinate the process through to invoicing.
  • Maintenance Planner Administration
    •  Understand maintenance schedules and accurately input SP20 and SP21 data into 1KC and keep track.
    • Coordinate with the 1KC team and the Excellent Team.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by line manager.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Above 3 years’ experience to support sales/service operations in manufacturing industry.
  • Accurately handle order processing, invoicing, and documentation tasks.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal departments.
  • Understand basic sales processes, pricing, and quotation fundamentals.
  • Address issues proactively and contribute to process improvements with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft office and utilize practical IT tools.
