What You’ll Do Be Doing

• Contractor Onboarding: Validate details, conduct right-to-work checks, issue contracts and manage the reference & vetting process
• Client Compliance: Prepare accurate contracts
• Data & Reporting: Maintain precise records across various systems and complete monthly audits and MI reporting
• Support Delivery: Approve timesheets, resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly
• Stakeholder Support: Act as the first point for contactor compliance queries and working collaboratively with internal teams

Requirements

• Proven administration / coordination experience gained in a recruitment or sales environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to compliance excellence
