Key responsibilities
- Generate new leads and build new strategic partnerships in the Benelux.
- Responsible for the full sales cycle- identify and approach prospective clients, build relationships and close deals.
- Create and optimize sales funnel.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with our customers located in the Benelux
- Tracking customer life cycle progression and proactively engaging based on customers’ developments.
- Work directly with the CEO and commercial team to grow our MRR.
- Manage customer contract renewals.
- Assist with proper billing of CloudBilling licence fees based on customer metrics.
- Upsell additional CloudBilling solutions and services, such as CloudBilling BI, Managed Billing, Customer Portals, and more.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Co-organise customer events for our customers.
- Support content creation based on existing customers for Marketing purposes.
- Help build partnerships with our customers (when applicable/appropriate).
