Sales Account Executive

Our client is a rapidly growing company dedicated to building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results. They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to manage client accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver client solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and account updates to clients and management.
  • Track account performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.

Preferred:

  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
