SailPoint IAM Implementation Specialist

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of SailPoint 
• Assist with identity lifecycle management (joiner / mover / leaver processes)
• Configure and support access requests, approvals, and certifications
• Support application onboarding (connectors, integrations, attribute mapping)
• Assist with role modelling and entitlement design
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and support go-live readiness
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for internal teams

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint IAM implementation or similar tool
• Solid understanding of IAM / IGA concepts
• Experience integrating IAM with:
• Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
• Common enterprise applications
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes
• Ability to work independently in a delivery-focused, time-limited engagement
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with mixed technical / non-technical stakeholders
