SailPoint Engineer

Avint LLC is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing technical solutions, leveraging existing security hardware and software, while ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational policies. This position requires expertise in identifying and evaluating complex business and technology risks, implementing internal controls, and managing large-scale cybersecurity systems. This position requires one day a week on-site in DC.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical solutions, utilizing existing security hardware and software, and are required to implement departmental and organizational policies. 
• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
• Evaluate, design, acquire, deploy, and manage large-scale cybersecurity systems.
• Be familiar with RBAC, access lifecycle management, and integrations with various access systems.  
• Must be willing to work on-site one day per week.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field.

• CISSP
• Over 10 years of experience.
• IAM SME with SailPoint administration experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing technical solutions in the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong understanding of business and technology risks and the ability to evaluate and implement effective internal controls.
• Expertise in evaluating, designing, acquiring, deploying, and managing large-scale cybersecurity systems.
• Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access lifecycle management, and integrations with access systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to staying updated on cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
• CyberArk administration is preferred but not required.
• Must hold a current certification from SailPoint.
