WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

We're looking for hungry, consultative sales professionals to help pool service companies transform their operations with TrackrIO. You'll own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal, conducting demos, navigating objections, and building relationships with small business owners who need a better way to run their companies.

The SaaS Sales Representative is responsible for driving new dealer TrackriO Conversions. This role focuses on converting qualified leads into active, onboarded customers and operates in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. The position blends outbound prospecting, structured sales execution, and onboarding support to accelerate revenue growth and long-term platform usage.

This role is designed as a new-logo acquisition and activation role, with ongoing account management and upsell handled by account manager teams after onboarding.

Prospecting & Outreach:

  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads through discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
  • Educate prospects on the value, features, and benefits of Fluidra’s SaaS platforms.

 

Lead Conversion

  • Qualify, nurture, and convert prospects into signed-up and active accounts using defined playbooks, demos, and talk tracks.
  • Drive high-volume lead follow-up with disciplined execution and time management.

 

Onboarding Support

  • Guide new customers through initial onboarding steps, including account setup, access, and first-use milestones.
  • Ensure early engagement and activation prior to account handoff.

 

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including activity logging, lead and opportunity status updates, and dispositions.
  • Support forecasting and reporting accuracy through disciplined CRM hygiene.

 

Collaboration & Handoff

  • Coordinate with the internal teams to transition accounts after successful onboarding.
  • Provide clear documentation and context to support smooth account ownership transfer.

 

Performance & Metrics

  • Achieve monthly signup and annual ACV targets.
  • Meet or exceed conversion rates, onboarding completion metrics, and activity benchmarks.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept and scale-up initiatives as the SaaS business grows.                    

 

WHAT WE SEEK

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (SMB segment preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage high volume lead and execute structured sales motions.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience with consultative/solution selling
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
  • Bonus: Experience in field service management or home services environment

 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.

Expected hourly rate range is $28.00 - 32.00/ hour + commission. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, commissions, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
