SaaS QA Analyst

We are on the lookout for a talented SaaS QA Analyst to join our passionate team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our software products maintain the highest level of quality before reaching our customers.

Your primary focus will be to design and execute test cases, identify and report bugs, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently. You will play a crucial role in defining and implementing testing processes to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications
• Identify bugs and issues in the software and report them accurately
• Work closely with development teams to understand software changes and ensure quality assurance
• Participate in manual testing of software applications and coordinate automated testing efforts
• Contribute to team meetings, reporting on testing progress and results
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in a SaaS environment
• Family with Appium, Playwright and or Cypress is preferred
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
• Experience in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills to report findings and suggest improvements
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Passion for quality assurance and commitment to continuous learning
