Location: Wroclaw, Poland (Hybrid 3 days/week preferred)

Position Summary
At Trackforce, we help organizations maximize their investment in our SaaS solutions through expert training and enablement. Our Professional Services team plays a critical role in ensuring customers are confident and successful in using our platform.
We are looking for an engaging Customer Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to customers. In this role, you will educate end-users, administrators, and partners on our SaaS platform, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to be successful. Key Responsibilites
Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions for customers and partners.
Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and video tutorials.
Adapt training approaches based on audience needs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve training content and delivery.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams to align training with customer needs and product updates.
Assist in the development of self-paced learning modules and certification programs.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the product, keeping up to date with new features and best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer training, instructional design, or technical education.
Experience delivering training in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.
