Reporting Manager: Property Manager
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Summary:
H2 Group KK is seeking an experienced owner-client relations staff to join our H2 Life team. This position is responsible for ensuring our property owners experience outstanding customer service through smooth and efficient communication. Tasks include liaising with our property owners, ordering guest services for owners, property inspections, parcel deliveries, coordinating maintenance with the facilities team and general run-around duties. Applicants with previous customer service experience, particularly hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the property owners - ensuring that an attitude of representing their needs is a core function.
- Frequent and professional communication with owner-clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Optimise the brand experience for owners by infusing work with a superior service culture and effectively managing and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure property maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and successfully.
- General ad hoc deliveries and tasks required by the owners.
- Support team members to meet performance objectives.
- Other ad-hoc and ongoing tasks that provide support for the management team in achieving company and divisional goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Japanese driving license / International driving license.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook email.
- Business-level English reading and writing – other languages (particularly Japanese) are also advantageous.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and administration skills.
