We’re looking for experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developers to help rebuild and scale mission-critical systems for a global platform that’s evolving its architecture for the future.

You’ll join an elite engineering group focused on upgrading and transforming large Ruby applications into modern, cloud-native environments built for performance and scale.

⚙️ What You’ll Work On

• Upgrade legacy systems:
  • Ruby 2.4 → 3.4
  • Ruby on Rails 4.2 → 8.0
• Modernize 2 existing monoliths, starting with the second one in collaboration with internal teams.
• Build for scalability using Kubernetes and modern DevOps best practices.
• Partner with internal Senior Dev Leads, with QA and DevOps handled in-house.
