Rapid Prototyping (RPT) - CEO Projects / AI Operator
Location: Remote (LatAm)
What this role is
This role exists to help the CEO execute high-leverage projects faster and better than the company could without them. You will work directly on CEO-priority initiatives across revenue, partnerships, go-to-market, product packaging, market intelligence, client strategy, and operating systems. Your leverage comes from judgment, speed, and your ability to use AI as a force multiplier.
You will be dropped into ambiguous, strategic, commercially important problems. Your job is to create clarity, structure the work, produce the output, and move it forward. The standard is high-context, high-ownership execution. Page 5 of the Revenue DNA deck says it directly: fewer stronger people, context not control, informed captains, extraordinary candor.
What you will do
Own special projects directly for the CEO across revenue, partnerships, market expansion, strategic accounts, AI workflows, internal systems, and narrative development
Use AI to compress research, synthesis, drafting, workflow design, meeting prep, and execution cycles
Build commercial briefs, operating docs, account plans, market maps, partner analyses, and internal decision memos
Turn vague CEO priorities into clear workstreams with owners, deadlines, and outputs
Pressure-test ideas using commercial logic, not startup theater
Support founder-led growth work where speed, preparation, and sharpness matter
Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that improve team productivity across marketing, sales, client strategy, and execution
Help leadership move faster without lowering standards
What great looks like
The CEO can hand you a messy strategic problem and get back a sharp, usable answer
You know how to use AI, but more importantly you know what good judgment looks like before the AI output arrives
You can operate across product, revenue, commerce, marketing, and media contexts
You raise the level of clarity in every room
You are not precious, political, or slow
Minimum bar
3+ years in strategy, founder’s office, GTM ops, consulting, product strategy, biz ops, or similar high-output environments
Proven ability to lead ambiguous projects end to end
Strong AI fluency: research workflows, synthesis, drafting, automation, knowledge management, and productivity use cases
Experience in at least one of Terrific’s three pillars: eCommerce, Marketing, or Media
Clear ability to get commercially fluent across all three quickly
Excellent writing, synthesis, and presentation skills
High stamina, high standards, low ego

You must be able to work directly with a founder at speed
You must turn context into action, not wait for step-by-step instruction
You must be commercially credible, not just operationally organized
You must be comfortable being judged on output quality, speed to credibility, and usefulness, not activity

That spends hours on slide decks
Needs stable scope to be effective
Cannot distinguish signal from noise
Has no real commercial instinct
