RPA Operations Engineer

Monitor and maintain RPA bots using UiPath and Power Automate while resolving issues to ensure seamless operations in the immigration process.

As our RPA Ops Engineer, you will be required to:
- Monitor bot executions and review logs in UiPath Orchestrator & Power Automate to identify errors or exceptions.
- Perform first‑level production support, including accessing Virtual Machines (VMs) to validate bot activities such as file uploads and system interactions.
- Conduct post‑execution operational checks to ensure tracking or case details are correctly updated in production applications.
- Perform manual validation checks on client‑provided information as part of operational controls.
- Support deployment of new bot builds by updating process versions in UiPath & Power Automate and installing the latest releases on UiPath Assistant within VMs.
- Coordinate with RPA Engineers and escalate issues with clear diagnostics, logs, and observations.
To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field(Recent graduates or
- early‑career professionals are encouraged to apply)
- 0–2 years of experience in RPA operations, automation support, or application support roles.
- Working knowledge of the UiPath & Power Automate platform.
- Basic understanding of RPA execution cycles and exception handling.
- Familiarity with Windows environments and Virtual Machines.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured operational processes
