About the Role:  We are seeking a Roving Leasing Consultant to join our Alabama team! In this role, you will lease apartments at two premier properties:
🏡 Cooper Hill – A 191-unit community in Birmingham
🏡 Barrington Place at Somerset – A 376-unit community in Montgomery

💰 Competitive Pay: $22 - $24/hr. (DOE) + Commission on New Leases

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Greet and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries
🔹 Showcase available apartments and create a welcoming experience
🔹 Process applications and lease agreements
🔹 Stay informed on market trends and contribute to marketing efforts
🔹 Foster strong resident relationships and enhance satisfaction
 
What We’re Looking For:
Leasing experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
Ability to travel between Montgomery & Birmingham as scheduled
Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to complete online training as needed
