About the Role: We are seeking a Roving Leasing Consultant to join our Alabama team! In this role, you will lease apartments at two premier properties:
🏡 Cooper Hill – A 191-unit community in Birmingham
🏡 Barrington Place at Somerset – A 376-unit community in Montgomery
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about real estate, customer service, and sales who enjoys variety in their work.

What We Offer:
💰 Competitive Pay: $22 - $24/hr. (DOE) + Commission on New Leases
📈 Annual Raises: Up to 5% increase per year

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Greet and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries
🔹 Showcase available apartments and create a welcoming experience
🔹 Process applications and lease agreements
🔹 Stay informed on market trends and contribute to marketing efforts
🔹 Foster strong resident relationships and enhance satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Leasing experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
✅ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
✅ Ability to travel between Montgomery & Birmingham as scheduled
✅ Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ A customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude
✅ Willingness to complete online training as needed
