Roving Leasing Consultant - Apartment Community (Temporary, Part-Time)

Location:

This person will split their time between the following properties:

Prairie Walk Apartments (11026 College Lane, Kansas City, MO 64137)
Retreat at Woodlands Apartments (510 E 101st Street, Kansas City, MO 64131)

Schedule: 24 hours a week, 3 days a week, temporary role through the end of April

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
-Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
-Lease vacant apartments to new residents
-Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
-Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
-Assist property team with marketing efforts
-Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
-Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents

What We Need From You:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
-Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional organizational skills
