Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for an experienced Roving Maintenance Supervisor to support approximately 15 apartment communities across South County St. Louis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance leader with strong HVAC knowledge who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and mentoring on-site teams.
What You’ll Do
Travel between assigned communities to oversee maintenance operations and ensure work quality, safety, and efficiency
Lead and support on-site maintenance teams, providing hands-on training, guidance, and performance feedback
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensers, compressors, blowers, and thermostats
Perform and oversee apartment turns, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
Ensure preventative maintenance programs are properly implemented at each property
Assist Property Managers with vendor coordination, inspections, and capital project planning
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with regional leadership

What We’re Looking For
Strong HVAC background (EPA certification preferred)
Supervisory or lead maintenance experience in multifamily housing
Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain apartment systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
Willingness to travel daily between multiple communities (company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement)
Must be organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented
