We are not looking for a mere scheduler; we are seeking a Sound Project Manager who serves as a Strategic Hub—a professional who understands the sound production lifecycle and bridges the gap between creative vision and execution. In this role, you will streamline our production pipeline and optimize the team’s performance through operational excellence. Define production milestones and own the end-to-end sound production schedule

Lead contracting, bidding, and procurement with domestic and worldwide partners

Coordinate workflows between Sound Directors, Composers, and Designers to ensure seamless internal alignment

Optimize task management and pipeline efficiency using Jira and Confluence

Oversee production budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation

Lead meetings and manage professional documentation for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong ability to communicate logically and responsibly within complex production environments

Proficiency in global business communication (capable of leading meetings and drafting professional documents)

Deep understanding of game sound or music production processes

Proven ability to structure production data and manage schedules using Excel or equivalent tools

Native-level fluency in Korean (written and verbal) is required

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a PM or Producer within the gaming or media industry

Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with a focus on optimizing production workflows

An active gamer with deep literacy across multiple genres and a keen understanding of audio trends

Hands-on experience in music production, sound design, or audio post-production

Degree in Music Business, Audio Production, or a related field

Experience managing high-value contracts and procurement with world-class global studios

Optional: Submission of a portfolio (sound or music production work).
