Domes Noruz Chania

We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes Noruz Chania, an Autograph Collection, an ultimate luxury experience, located in the area of Chania, in Crete.

Some of the responsibilities:

Guest Service & Complaint Management
Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction by listening to their needs for the best possible service. Managing guest complaints and resolving them promptly.

Operations Management
Taking orders (food & beverage) by phone or by collecting the order card left by guests on their room door. Preparing the trolley that will be used for serving. Delivering the order to the guest’s room and serving it. Checking the floors for dishes or trolleys left by guests in the corridors.

Collaboration with Other Hotel Departments
Cooperating with all operational departments of the hotel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Useful to have:
A degree in Tourism / Hospitality is desirable but not required.
Good knowledge of English and optionally a second foreign language.
Relevant experience in a luxury hotel will be considered an asset.
