We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes Miramare Corfu, The Luxury Collection, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Corfu.

 

Room Service Attendant

The Role:

The room service attendant delivers food orders to guests staying at the hotel. Their duties include taking room service orders and delivering them to the guest’s room. They must be familiar with the hotel’s menu and be aware of any dietary restrictions the guest may have.

Some of the responsibilities:

Guest Service & Complaint Management

  • Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction by listening to their needs and providing the best possible service.
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving them promptly.

Operations Management

  • Taking food and beverage orders by phone or by collecting the order card guests leave on their room door.
  • Preparing the trolley used for serving.
  • Delivering the order to the guest’s room and serving it.
  • Checking the floors for dishes or trolleys left by guests in the corridors.

Collaboration with Other Hotel Departments

  • Working together with all operational departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Useful to have:

  • A degree in Tourism / Hospitality is desirable but not required.
  • Good knowledge of English and optionally a second foreign language.
  • Relevant experience in a luxury hotel will be considered an asset.
