About the Role

We’re looking for a Romanian-speaking professional with strong technical aptitude to join our client’s growing support team. In this role, you’ll help our clients with technical issues related to photovoltaic inverters and other electronic devices such as car cameras, navigation systems, projectors, and interactive displays.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Romanian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot photovoltaic inverters and other electronic devices (e.g., car cameras, navigation systems).

  • Perform equipment testing, repairs, and maintenance when required.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex cases efficiently.

  • Occasionally travel to customer sites (1–2 times per week) for inspections, installations, or repairs.

  • Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Romanian language – fluent (C1 or higher).

  • English or Polish – good working level for internal communication.

  • Technical background or strong interest in electronics, photovoltaics, or audiovisual technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with tools, cables, or device configuration is an advantage.

  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Flexibility for occasional travel to client sites.
