Robotics Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role includes managing inventory accuracy, leading warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing processes to support business goals.

Your tasks

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: managing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure everything runs on schedule.
• Manage inventory accuracy by monitoring all goods movements and conducting regular cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Lead and supervise staff: create schedules, assign tasks, train new employees, enhance team flexibility and support team development.
• Ensuring safety compliance and conducting regular safety checks.
• Operational efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.
• Technology utilization: Optimize and configure WMS processes and tools and support system enhancements, implement barcode scanning and other automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, production and planning to ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
• Performance monitoring: Track key performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed. Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, supply chain (or related) or equivalent through experience.
• You have min. 10 years of experience in warehouse & logistics, with at least 3 years of management experience.
• You have strong leadership and communication skills.
• You are hands-on and a real team player.
• You have knowledge of WMS and ERP systems. Experience with SAP & EWM is a plus.
• You have an interest / affinity in working in a technical environment.
• In addition to Dutch, you have a fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written). French is a plus.
