Robotics Field Service Engineer (m-w-d)

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer passionate about technology and customer success to join our After Sales & Service team :

🔧 Your responsibilities:

✔ Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites (including cold storage).
✔ Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
✔ Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
✔ Assist in commissioning Atlas2D systems.
✔ Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).
🌍 Short international trips (Mon-Fri)

✅ Your profile:

🎓 Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
🌐 English required, French/Dutch is a strong plus.
💻 Skilled in MS Office & Teams, eager to learn custom software.
🤝 Customer-focused, team player, proactive mindset.
🪜 No fear of heights or vertigo
