Formic’s Deployment Engineering Team at Formic is at the forefront of revolutionizing American manufacturing through robotics automation. Leading all aspects of our in-house robotics integration function, you’ll shape the future of how cutting-edge, scalable automation is delivered and experienced across a variety of applications and customers.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to grow and develop a high-performing team - and fast-growing function of Formic’s business - guiding them through deployment activities at our Woodridge, IL facility, culminating at customer sites nationwide. From configuring and validating systems pre-installation to hands-on commissioning at customer facilities, your leadership will ensure seamless, high-impact automation rollouts.
You'll work cross-functionally with our Deployment Project Management, Production Optimization, and Software Engineering teams to meet aggressive timelines, drive operational excellence, and create transformative experiences for our customers. Final compensation packages are carefully customized based on candidate preference for cash and equity balance, experience, geographic location, and market considerations.
