We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our ROAD TRANSPORT team in DOBANOVCI, SERBIA.
ROAD NATIONAL TRANSPORT OFFICER
What You'll Be Doing
· Planning, organization and execution of National Truck Transports (FTL/LTL)
· Customer inquiries handling
· Offers preparation
· Negotiations
· Invoicing
· Intensive communication with carriers, customers and business partners which includes:
- Maintaining personal contacts
- Reaching the best rates through negotiation process
- Customer service
What You'll Need
Essential:
· Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
· 3-5 years of previous experience at same or similar positions
· Knowledge of Road Transport and/or freight forwarding
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office
· Positive and motivating attitude
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Serbian and English
· Strong customer service skills and a business-oriented mindset.
· Accurate, self-motivated, and confident personality with a positive and proactive attitude.
Desirable:
· Knowledge of additional languages.
· Residence in DOBANOVCI, SURČIN, UGRINOVCI or BATAJNICA.
