Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN-OR) to assist surgeons and circulators in providing safe, high-quality surgical care. The RN will maintain a sterile environment and support perioperative procedures, including on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the circulator and surgeon during surgical procedures
Perform circulating duties as needed
Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment
Ensure patient safety and compliance with all policies and procedures
Adhere to State and Federal healthcare regulations
Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
Shift & Call Details
Schedule Options:
4x10s: 7:00am–5:30pm or 8:00am–6:30pm
5x8s: 7:00am–3:30pm, 9:00am–5:30pm, or 10:00am–6:30pm
On-Call:
One weeknight call per week
Weekend call every 5th–7th weekend
Mandatory Requirements
Active RN license (VT or compact, as applicable)
Recent Operating Room (OR) experience
Ability to work rotating shifts
Willingness to take on-call assignments
