Risk Underwriter

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Risk Underwriter to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in evaluating and managing financial risks, supporting commercial decision-making, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements to assess buyers risk profiles and decide credit limit requests within the response time required
• Monitor risk exposures and perform sectoral and market analyses
• Manage reporting processes and support decision-making with data-driven insights
• Conduct client meetings and on-site visits to gather business insights
• Actively contribute to commercial activities and business development
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and financial services sector - Experience in trade credit insurance is a strong plus
• Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements
• Experience in client communication and field visits
• Solid background in risk monitoring and industry analysis
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business involvement
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
