Risk & Abuse Analyst
Podium helps local businesses win by modernizing the way they communicate with their customers — from gathering reviews and payments to messaging and marketing automation. We’re passionate about building trust and delivering frictionless experiences for both our customers and their customers. As we continue to scale, maintaining the integrity of our platform is essential. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fraud, Risk, and Compliance Abuse Analyst to help identify, investigate, and prevent fraudulent and abusive activity across Podium’s messaging and payment features while helping us modernize outdated Fraudulent and Compliance workflows using AI advancements.
The ideal candidate thrives to help local businesses win, drives innovation with AI at the forefront, and is confident in ambiguity. While this role is not purely customer-facing in nature, you may be involved in escalations and resolution, and will join customer meetings when appropriate. The Risk and Abuse Analyst will report directly to the Technical Support Manager.
