Overview:

Lakshya Digital is seeking a motivated and skilled Rigging Intern to support basic character and prop rig creation using foundational rigging skills in Maya. The role requires a basic understanding of anatomy, deformation, and skin weighting, along with the ability to follow instructions and maintain clean, organized setups. A strong learning attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and good communication are essential for growth within the rigging pipeline.

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of human and creature anatomy relevant to deformation.
• Fundamental knowledge of Maya and its rigging tools.
• Ability to create simple character and prop rigs under guidance.
• Basic understanding of skin weighting and deformation principles.
• Willingness to learn modular body rigs, facial rigs, and creature rigs.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and maintain clean rig setups.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong desire to learn, improve, and contribute to the rigging pipeline.
