We are looking for a Rhythmic Gymnastic Coach.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs and skill levels of individual gymnasts.
- Conduct regular practice sessions focusing on technique, flexibility, strength, and performance skills.
- Monitor and assess athletes' progress, providing constructive feedback and adjustments to training plans.
- Prepare gymnasts for competitions, including choreography, routine development, and mental preparation.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during training sessions and competitions.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive and supportive training environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in rhythmic gymnastics to enhance coaching methods.
- Organize and participate in workshops, clinics, and events to promote the academy and its programs.
Job requirements:
- Proven experience as a rhythmic gymnastics coach or related role.
- Strong knowledge of rhythmic gymnastics techniques, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their best performance.
- Certification in coaching or a related field is preferred.
- First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
- Passion for gymnastics and a commitment to athlete development and success.
