We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join us for a 7 month contract to take stewardship of our global compensation programs. You will be the engine behind our Role and Reward (R&R) cycles, ensuring our roles are benchmarked appropriately, the systems are setup in a way that is intuitive and useful for our leaders, and comms helps our people understand what happened to their compensation and why.This is a high-impact opportunity for a data-driven reward professional who is excited to build tech-enabled, AI-forward people programs that help our teams and our mission thrive.
Please Note: This is a fixed-term contract for 7 months. You will be eligible for Recursion benefits with the exception of equity and bonus.
