We are looking for a detail-oriented RevOps Specialist – HubSpot to own our HubSpot architecture and work closely with Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot operational gaps, maintain system integrity, and build scalable RevOps solutions. You will play a key role in improving customer lifecycle visibility, strengthening feedback loops, and supporting company-wide decision-making.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Own HubSpot architecture and data hygiene by auditing and aligning properties across Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets.
  • Run ongoing data cleaning processes to merge duplicates, correct formatting issues, and remove outdated information.
  • Ensure system integrity by cross-referencing HubSpot with our primary database to maintain accurate synchronization.
  • Act as an internal auditor to enforce process compliance and ensure teams complete required lifecycle data.
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows that support automation while minimizing operational friction.
  • Identify process gaps and propose structural improvements that make data entry easier and more reliable.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the customer journey.
  • Ensure leadership reporting is based on verified, trustworthy data.
  • Assist in tracking Sales and CX commissions using HubSpot and integrated billing systems, using strong hands-on experience with HubSpot AI tools to improve and streamline existing workflows and processes.


You’re our ideal candidate if you have…


  • At least 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment with administrative ownership of HubSpot.
  • Deep knowledge of the HubSpot platform, including custom reports, datasets, workflows, and views.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform revenue strategy.
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experiece using hubspot AI or other ai tools that connect to hubpost
  • Experience with n8n and comparable AI workflow builders or automation platforms.
  • Professional writtenStrong professional written and spoken English communication skills.and spoken English.
