We have a beautiful office in the center of Amsterdam and while we foster getting together to exchange ideas and energy, we are a remote-friendly company. This is a full time and remote position from Spain, where you will be working for our global teams.


What this role looks like
As our RevOps Salesforce Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert behind the systems and processes that drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with our Sales team to streamline workflows, optimize Salesforce functionality, and turn data into insights that fuel better decisions.

You’re not just a system admin – you’re a strategic partner who helps our revenue teams close deals faster, serve clients better, and scale smarter. You play a key role in driving efficiency, digitalization, and automatization in Salesforce with the goal to deliver the right value through the right resources.


Some of your key tasks as a RevOps Salesforce Specialist 

  • Act as the frontline Salesforce expert for Sales team - troubleshooting, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Designing and managing integrations across revenue platforms for a unified operational view.

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs – and proactively share insights with leadership.

  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and design CRM solutions that directly impact performance.

  • Identify opportunities to automate tasks, reduce friction in the sales process, and improve data quality for better forecasting and strategic planning.

  • Serve as the internal consultant on CRM best practices, helping revenue teams adopt smarter processes and tools that scale with our growth.

  • Own and evolve our commercial tech stack with a “business partner” mindset – balancing speed, value, and long-term scalability.
