The RevOps Analyst role at Gain.pro
In order to support the growth of the company, Gain.pro is now looking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join the company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between the company’s marketing, sales, customer success and finance teams. The new RevOps Analyst will be joining at a pivotal point in time as the organisation will continue its steep growth trajectory during 2026. This role will be Amsterdam-based, although it is also an option to join our Warsaw office.
What will you be responsible for?
As we grow the business across Europe and beyond, the new RevOps Analyst will ensure there is full alignment between our Go-to-Market and Finance teams with the overall objective of maximising ARR. The new hire will be a core member of our Finance team and will work closely with the Go-to-Market functions. This entails:
1.Sales Process Optimization:
-Collaborating with sales leadership to streamline and optimize sales processes.
-Implementing and maintaining sales enablement tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
-Conducting regular reviews of sales processes to identify areas for improvement.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Analyzing sales, marketing and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for revenue growth.
-Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all revenue-related systems used in marketing, sales and customer success, and finance more broadly.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Fostering collaboration between our sales, customer success, marketing and finance teams to ensure full alignment.
-Acting as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and information flow.
-Participating in cross-functional projects to drive revenue initiatives.
4. Technology Management:
-Overseeing the implementation and management of revenue operations technologies (CRM, CS tool, marketing automation, etc.).
-Identifying opportunities for technology enhancements to support revenue goals.
-Training and supporting teams in utilizing relevant tools effectively.
5. Forecasting and pipeline management:
-Assist in the development of revenue forecasts based on sales pipeline data.
-Monitor actual performance against forecast and budget, providing regular updates to leadership.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process. You are excited by high-growth technology companies and are someone who flourishes in dynamic environments with broad responsibilities. Also, you like to roll up your sleeves and are output-focused. Moreover, we are looking for the following:
• Education – Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience – At least 2 years’ of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS business.
• Systems knowledge – Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
• Hubspot knowledge – In-depth, technical knowledge of Hubspot is a must-have
• Structured – You are well-organised and like to plan ahead.
• Communication – You display superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical – You have great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail – You have an exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-starting – You proactively come up with new ideas and independently drive progress and you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Languages – You are fluent in English.
