Job Description: Revit and 3Ds Max Expert
Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Revit and 3Ds Max Expert to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing detailed architectural and structural models, as well as producing high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings. This role requires precision, creativity, and technical expertise to support project delivery from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create realistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs using 3Ds Max and V-Ray (or equivalent rendering engines).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare construction documentation, shop drawings, and presentation materials.
- Optimize models and renderings for efficiency and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in BIM and visualization.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff on Revit and 3Ds Max workflows.
🎓 Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and 3D visualization.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (family creation, parametric modeling, BIM coordination).
- Expert-level skills in Autodesk 3Ds Max, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design visualization tools.
- Understanding of construction processes, detailing, and documentation standards.
