The Reverse Supply Chain Manager is responsible for maximizing the commercial and operational value of electronic assets exiting the supply chain or being obtained through trade-in programs — including broken, returned, or surplus mobile devices, consumer electronics (CE), TVs, and other asset categories. This role combines commercial analysis, strategic partner management, and operational excellence to drive optimal monetization, reuse, and sustainability outcomes for SquareTrade’s asset portfolio.
The position plays a critical role in supporting SquareTrade’s broader repair, sustainability and trade-in strategy by identifying value creation opportunities, improving asset utilization, and collaborating cross-functionally across supply chain, demand planning, and commercial teams.
