Revenue Systems (Salesforce) Administrator

AI overview

Support global customer-facing teams by owning Salesforce systems, improving data quality, and streamlining revenue processes to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

Role Purpose

LevelTen Energy’s mission is to accelerate the energy transition by facilitating frictionless transactions. As the leading provider of renewable transaction infrastructure, we deliver the cloud-based software, centralized supply, automated analytics, and transaction expertise required to power the renewable energy economy. The LevelTen Platform is the world’s largest online hub for renewable energy buyers, sellers, advisors, asset owners and financiers, and delivers the online tools and expertise they need to buy, sell and finance assets quickly.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Operations, this role provides support to global customer facing teams by owning and improving key systems, primarily Salesforce. This role will also assist the global Customer Engagement team in improving data quality within the CRM, managing CRM integrations, recommending  process or system improvements to help LevelTen scale our business, training users on system changes, and documenting processes / changes. We expect this role to impact the team by improving customer-facing teams’ experience with Salesforce/related tools, customer experience, and business insight/efficiency for all teams, ultimately increasing revenue and team effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Systems Innovation & Roadmap: Own the Salesforce roadmap with a focus on scalability. Transform complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions that support a global, multi-product revenue engine.
  • Streamline Revenue Processes: Design and deploy automated workflows that eliminate operational friction across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. Leverage a modern toolkit—including AI-driven orchestration and agents —to minimize manual data entry and maximize "selling time" for customer-facing teams.
  • Integration Ecosystem Management: Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (Nue.io, Outreach, Pardot, etc.). Prioritize data integrity, automated synchronization, and the reduction of technical debt.
  • System Governance & Reliability: Own the release lifecycle. Maintain a disciplined philosophy on using sandboxes, version control, testing, documentation, and communication to ensure that changes solve problems without breaking downstream integrations or confusing users.
  • Revenue Intelligence: Build the underlying data architecture required for measuring team performance against goals and creating predictive, AI-driven signals that identify pipeline risks before they manifest.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hard Skills
    • 4+ years of Salesforce Platform Ownership: Proven track record of building complex, scalable business logic. Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
    • AI & Automation Mastery: Deep expertise in Salesforce Flow; experience implementing AI tools (e.g., Agentforce, third-party GTM agents) to drive productivity.
    • GTM Stack & Data Orchestration: Hands-on experience managing and integrating key GTM tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Pardot). Proven ability to automate data enrichment and routing using providers like ZoomInfo or Clay, and manage native integrations or middleware (e.g. Zapier).
    • CPQ & Subscription Management: Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash solutions like Nue.io, DealHub, or Salesforce CPQ, including document generation and billing sync.
    • Architecture Mindset: Ability to design custom objects and declarative schema that balance immediate business needs with long-term system health.
    • Release Governance: Experience utilizing sandboxes and establishing modern deployment/governance tools (e.g., DevOps Center, Salto, Copado) to maintain version control, system stability, and comprehensive metadata documentation.
    • Technical Hygiene: Experience managing technical debt—auditing and removing redundant fields, flows, and stale data to maintain a high-performance environment.
  • Soft Skills
    • Bias for Action: A core LevelTen value. You are a proactive builder who prefers a "Minimum Viable Product" and iterative improvement over theoretical perfection.
    • Systems Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and understand how a technical change in the top-of-funnel impacts the entire lead-to-cash lifecycle.
    • Consultative Communication: Strong ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business trade-offs for cross-functional stakeholders.
    • User-Centric Design: Empathy for the "day in the life" of a sales rep; a drive to build tools that people actually want to use.
    • Autonomous & Async-First: Highly disciplined in a remote environment; able to drive projects forward with minimal supervision while maintaining clear documentation.
    • Ruthless Prioritization: A track record of managing high-volume requests while staying focused on the projects that move the needle for revenue and scalability.
    • Adaptive Learner: A proactive interest in the "cutting edge"—you don't wait for a training manual to start experimenting with new AI agents or automation patterns.
    • Experience with or interest in renewable energy (preferred, not required)
