What You’ll Do:
Foxen is looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll partner with our Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to execute on our technology roadmap, with a primary focus on marketing operations, integrations, and analytics. You'll help build and optimize the systems that power our go-to-market motion, working across marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Braze), Salesforce, and emerging AI tools to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll bridge marketing and sales technology, ensuring seamless data flow, campaign execution, and actionable insights. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations teams to design workflows, troubleshoot integrations, and leverage analytics to improve our revenue engine. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while making a direct impact on business outcomes.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution:
Manage day-to-day operations of Pardot/Marketing Cloud and Braze, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, lead scoring and routing, email deployment, and lifecycle automation
Build and optimize nurture programs, drip campaigns, and customer engagement workflows across multiple channels
Partner with Marketing to translate campaign strategies into technical execution, ensuring proper tracking, attribution, and lead routing
Maintain marketing data hygiene including list management, deduplication, and suppression lists
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Braze, and other GTM tools including account-based marketing, analytics, gifting, and event platforms using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable, real-time data synchronization across systems
Document data flows, field mappings, and integration architecture
Collaborate with Engineering or external vendors on custom integration projects as needed
Salesforce & Analytics:
Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to track marketing performance, pipeline generation, and campaign ROI
Support Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation related to marketing operations
Ensure marketing and sales data integrity through audits, cleanup projects, and governance practices
Leverage Salesforce Analytics or Domo to surface insights on lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
AI & Automation:
Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools (Agentforce, Einstein, Claude, or third-party solutions) to improve lead scoring, routing, targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization
Experiment with and implement AI-powered workflows to increase marketing efficiency and sales productivity
Stay current on emerging AI and automation capabilities within the marketing and revenue technology landscape
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with the Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to divide and conquer projects from the Revenue Operations roadmap
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Contribute to documentation, training materials, and best practices for system usage and adoption
What You Bring:
2-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology roles
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or similar)
Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data flows between marketing and sales systems
Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards to track marketing and pipeline metrics
Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or analytics platforms is a plus
Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new systems quickly
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or relevant experience
Salesforce Administrator certification or Marketing Cloud certification is a plus
