Responsibilities:

  • Processing Work Orders, Change Orders, Master Service Agreements, Transfers and Debookings following the Revenue Operations policies;
  • Provide clear reasoning on the approval/rejection during the review of new Work Orders, Change Orders, and Master Service Agreements and Transfer documentation process;
  • Review SalesForce opportunities and approve the Closed Won opportunities;
  • Enter order terms and product details in the ERP/CRM Environments;
  • Work with sales operations, field sales representatives, and the service delivery organization to build relationships and expedite resolution to order and client related issues;
  • Assist with document updates and agreements archival. Provide back-up in periods of high volume and/or insufficient resources. • Review, update and correct the Item/Product List;
  • Provide De-booking calculations to the Sales team and manage the calculation archival;
  • Update and correct Revenue Operations training materials;
  • Maintain accurate master data of order terms and customer records in NetSuite;
  • Contribute to the development of revenue assurance reporting metrics;
  • Support the Revenue Operations team in data analysis and trend identification;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (in finance or accounting preferred);
  • 1-2 years professional experience;
  • Time management and organizational skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • Proficient in English, excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • SalesForce and NetSuite experience a plus;
