Revenue Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented RevOps Specialist to own the accuracy, completeness, and governance of our Salesforce GTM data. In this role, you will work at the intersection of sales, revenue operations, and data management—ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) teams have reliable, trustworthy data to drive decision-making. You will be both a steward of existing processes and a builder of new governance frameworks, helping shape how data is maintained, validated, and used across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and governance of Salesforce GTM data.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data integrity issues across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and related records.
  • Partner closely with sales reps to review and clean records, ensuring adherence to data governance standards.
  • Execute regular audits, validations, and deduplication efforts using tools such as Plauti and Similar Web.
  • Monitor and report on data completeness and accuracy rates in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Finance, and Legal—to align data processes and ensure compliance.
  • Improve existing governance processes and develop new standards to scale with the organization.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track data health.
  • Enforce compliance with pricing approvals, audit requirements, and other governance measures.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in data integrity, CRM administration, or revenue operations, preferably within the SaaS / B2B industry.
  • Deep, admin-level knowledge of Salesforce, including validation rules, deduplication, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of GTM data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Proven experience conducting large-scale data audits, cleanups, and maintaining data hygiene.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Plauti, Scratchpad, and Similar Web.
