About the Position:
We are on the hunt for an experienced Manager, Revenue Operations, to take full ownership of Hubspot and its full range of capabilities. As our tech- minded, data-driven Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that will help drive company growth. You will partner with our sales and marketing teams to optimize and enhance our revenue processes by analyzing agent productivity data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement.
In this position, you will ensure the smooth operation of our CRM (HubSpot) by maintaining our data integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization.

This position is a 100% U.S. based remote opportunity that can be based in one of the following states AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
Some travel for team meetings and training may be required.
Key Responsibilities: (What you'll be asked to do)
- Serve as our go-to CRM (HubSpot) expert, responsible for developing and leading a CRM strategy that empowers sales & marketing to meet and exceed organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to strategically source leads/prospects for sales engagement and effectively allocates to individuals across the sales team.
- Providing continuous training and support to HubSpot users.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports to track sales & marketing KPI’s.
- Support revenue operations by streamlining and optimizing sales and marketing processes.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Design, build, and optimize automated workflows and other process improvements to streamline marketing & sales operations.
- Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and integrated platforms.
- Support the development and implementation of Rev Ops strategies and tactics beyond sales and marketing with the goal of optimizing revenue through operational improvements.

- You have impeccable attention to detail and quality assurance.
Some Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an analyst in sales & marketing operations or related field.
- Familiarity with predictive analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Previous experience with API integrations, automation workflows, and data management
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Advanced degrees or Certifications are a plus.
Computer Skills:
- Expert-level experience with CRM’s, such as HubSpot.
- You have solid experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Dataiku.
- Must be proficient with MS Office and other internal insurance-related programs, systems, or applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively using programs such as Slack & MS Teams. You are comfortable sharing screens and video chatting.
