In this role as a Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) for EGYM Wellpass, you’ll shape pricing, sales targets, and territory strategy - helping us scale efficiently, optimize margins, and deploy sales capacity where it matters most.   • Corporate & Partner Pricing: You own and optimize pricing for corporate customers and partners, including standard pricing structures and tools, supporting on custom deals and collaborating with Sales Ops and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation and revenue visibility in Salesforce
  • Margin Development: You track key revenue and cost drivers, analyze monthly performance, and help define margin improvement measures based on clear data signals and trends
  • Sales Strategy & Territory Planning: You conduct regional market analyses to identify growth opportunities, design territories, and guide sales capacity allocation as teams scale
  • Sales Commission & Targets: You support the end-to-end sales target-setting process - defining target logic and conditions, aligning stakeholders, monitoring performance trends, and raising red flags when needed
  • Ownership & Impact: You take ownership of key commercial processes, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and support strategic decisions with structured analysis and clear recommendations

Your fitness level

  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role, such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Consulting
  • Tools: You have strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
  • Strategic Thinking: You have exceptional structuring and analytical abilities and are able to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Project Management: You are comfortable owning projects end-to-end - from scoping and prioritization to execution and delivery. You manage multiple workstreams in parallel, align stakeholders, set clear timelines, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Detail Orientation: You work in a well-organized, detail-oriented manner with clean documentation, a strong sense of how your work impacts other business functions, and the ability to translate complex business questions into actionable analysis
  • Collaboration & Communication: You confidently work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Ops, and Finance, communicating insights clearly and tailoring messages to various stakeholders, including leadership, sales, and operations
  • Language Skills: You have strong English communication skills; German is a plus

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Pricing Expertise: You have gained a deep understanding of the corporate and partner pricing mechanics and commercial terms across our markets, and independently manage pricing projects such as updating pricing calculators, optimizing pricing structures, and ensuring accurate implementation in Salesforce
  • Margin Insights: You have set up a reliable margin monitoring to explain variations, breaking down performance to key drivers on both revenue and cost sides, and provide actionable insights to inform pricing and business decisions
  • Strategic Planning: You are actively contributing to the sales target-setting process, playing a major role in defining the target logic, aligning it with business functions, and calculating the targets for the new year
