About the Role:

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Consultant to deliver end-to-end implementations of a market-leading revenue intelligence platform for customers across APAC.
  • This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to CRM and RevOps professionals who enjoy translating real-world sales processes into well-designed systems. While the work is centred on revenue intelligence, the role goes beyond configuration, requiring strong discovery, judgment, and customer partnership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead revenue intelligence implementations for customers across the APAC region
  • Run discovery sessions to understand CRM structure, sales processes, and revenue workflows
  • Configure systems to align with pipeline management, forecasting, and operating rhythms
  • Translate CRM data and revenue processes into scalable, high-impact solutions
  • Train and coach customer teams to drive adoption and long-term value
  • Troubleshoot CRM, data sync, and integration issues across connected systems
  • Provide practical guidance beyond rigid, template-driven delivery
  • Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve measurable revenue outcomes

Requirements

About You:

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience in consulting, onboarding, or implementation-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Comfort working with data, integrations, APIs, and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations
  • Experience with revenue intelligence or conversational intelligence tools is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with sales engagement, forecasting, or RevOps platforms is advantageous
