The Revenue Operations Analyst Lead is a critical role in driving efficiency and growth in the Field Sales organization at Matillion. This role will be instrumental in developing and managing the operational strategy and analytical reporting of the Field Sales organization. Support Operational Strategy and Cadences
  • Support core RevOps team members and Sales Leads by ensuring strong data quality, pipeline hygiene, and early-stage account forecasting
  • Partner with RevOps team members and Sales Leads to deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting 
  • Serve as the trusted Revenue Operations partner to Sales Leaders, elevating requests and clearly communicating scope, urgency, and required support to RevOps team members.
  • At month-end and quarter-end, collaborate with the core RevOps: Deal Desk team to ensure timely and accurate cleanup of won prospect and closed won renewal deals
  • Participate and actively engage in strategic initiatives which require ad-hoc analytical support

  • Sales Systems Maintenance and Support
  • Bring foundational to intermediate experience with CRM platforms and related tools, including Salesforce, Excel, and other sales systems, with an expectation to deepen expertise over time
  • Support CRM data accuracy by assisting with data validation, pipeline hygiene, and ongoing Salesforce maintenance, while learning best practices from senior RevOps team members
  • Create ad hoc Salesforce reports and dashboards to surface actionable insights for sales representatives and sales managers, with coaching on how to translate data into insights

  • What are we looking for?
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations/Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Customer Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • You have Excel modeling skills. You’re a wizard with shortcuts and can build a well-structured model that ensures ongoing refreshes and updates are quick and easy and or willing to learn 
  • You know when to 80:20 versus when to reconcile the details. You are comfortable translating business questions into analytical steps. You identify the "so what?" from analyses and drive recommendations through to action.
  • You like to ask "why" and gain deeper insight. You are naturally curious about data and its underlying real-world concepts.
  • You are highly organized and able to balance multiple work streams and projects while upholding a high-quality bar.
  • You have a high say-do ratio and always follow through on your commitments.
  • At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This exempt role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.  The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
