RevOps Analyst I supports the Revenue Operations function by maintaining CRM data accuracy, producing standard reports, and assisting with foundational operational tasks across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is designed for early-career professionals building core RevOps skills.

As a RevOps Analyst I, you will: 

  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and accuracy (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Run and refresh standard reports and dashboards
  • Support pipeline, forecast, and performance reporting
  • Assist with data cleanup, validation, and governance
  • Document processes and operational workflows
  • Support RevOps tools under senior guidance
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting and data requests
  • Help answer and resolve sales support helpdesk queries
  • Understand account assignment ROE’s and assign accounts as per the ROE.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Business Ops, or Analytics
  • Basic CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of Clay, Zoominfo,
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Willingness to learn systems and processes

 Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
