Serve as the essential connector between Global Sales and Finance, managing the complete 'Booking-to-Cash' lifecycle and enhancing operational efficiency through data integrity.

We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Revenue Operations Manager to act as the vital link between our Global Sales and Finance departments. You will own the "Booking-to-Cash" lifecycle, ensuring that every deal signed in CRM (ZOHO) is accurately reflected in ERP (Priority) and successfully collected. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, seamless system synchronization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of financial and sales processes. The ideal candidate is hands-on analytical, detail‑oriented, technologically fluent, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systems Synchronization: Own the data integrity between CRM, ERP, and Billing. Ensure all orders, payments, and customer records are perfectly synced across the systems. Identify and resolve discrepancies between systems to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Weekly Booking Reports: Consolidate and analyze weekly booking reports from all global entities. Investigate discrepancies between CRM projections and actual ERP entries.
  • Global Collections Management: Lead the weekly collections meeting. Prepare comprehensive "Open Collectables" reports by region and customer, bridging data from ERP invoices and CRM sales orders.
  • FinOps Projects: Lead the implementation of global financial tools (e.g., global Stripe rollout, Avalara tax automation). Coordinate with R&D and external consultants to define requirements and execute.
  • Quarterly Close Support: Partner with the Finance team on month-end and quarter-end closing, specifically focusing on Revenue Recognition (Rev Rec), bad debt analysis, and aging reports.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously develop new reports and workflows to automate manual tasks and improve visibility for the executive team.
  • Systems Development: Develop new dashboards, reports, and automation to support revenue recognition, forecasting, and operational KPIs. Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Finance to improve data flows and integrations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar hybrid roles.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, and billing/payment systems.
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or global technology companies preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in CRM (Zoho/Salesforce), ERP (Priority/SAP), and billing systems (Stripe).
  • Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory).
  • Understanding of revenue recognition concepts and financial processes.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and produce actionable insights. Avalara experience is an advantage
  • Native-level Hebrew and Fluent English (written and verbal).
