Revenue Operations at Gladly sits inside our Finance Operations org, at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data. We are a small, flat team with real ownership and direct access to leadership. Because RevOps, data analytics, FP&A, and deal desk all live under one roof, you are naturally close to revenue and the decisions that drive it. The culture is fast, candid, and high-autonomy. You will partner daily with demand gen, sales, and business operations, and you will have a hand in some of the most exciting work happening at the company, including our shift to a product-led growth motion. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help scale our revenue engine during a pivotal period. You will own campaign operations in Marketo, build the reporting infrastructure that drives decisions in Salesforce and Tableau, manage data quality across our GTM stack, and help integrate AI into operational workflows. This is hands-on, high-impact work with real strategic input, not just ticket-taking.
This role is ideal for a generalist who wants exposure to many parts of the business and sees this as a launchpad toward a senior operations career, whether that takes you deeper into marketing ops, sales ops, data analytics, or full-funnel RevOps.
Salary for this role: $25,000 - $60,000 USD annually (may be paid in COL pesos depending on EOR/COR contract selection)
The cash compensation above includes base salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under Gladly's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all Gladly employees are eligible to participate in Gladly's equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their career level, skills, experience, specific geographic location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
