Revenue Operations Analyst

Company Summary

TOOLBX is on a mission to empower independent suppliers across the building materials industry with an integrated commerce platform that streamlines sales, accounts receivable, operations, and customer service. Our goal is to enhance operational efficiency, elevate the customer experience, and drive sustainable business growth for our dealers.

The Role

We are looking for a data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support our growth engine. In this role, you will own our commercial tech stack (primarily HubSpot and Apollo), ensuring our Sales and Marketing teams have the data, processes, and insights they need to run efficiently.

You love digging into data, building reports, and uncovering the "why" behind deal outcomes, but you can also step back to look at the big picture and design systems that allow us to scale.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Ownership & Architecture
Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot. You will own the architecture, data hygiene, workflows, and integrations between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Specific duties include:

  • Campaign Operations: Manage outreach campaign execution (list identification, segmentation, and sequence deployment) and marketing email setup.
  • Data Management: Oversee lead enrichment, CRM data quality, and contact/deal associations for multi-touch attribution.
  • List Maintenance: Manage core CRM lists and exclusions (e.g., ICP accounts, engaged accounts, and email marketing preferences).
  • Integrations: Manage audience syncs between HubSpot and ad platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and ensure campaign expense data integrity for ROI reporting.

Funnel Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics (CAC, LTV, Conversion Rates, Pipeline Velocity).
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting to leadership. Don’t just show us the numbers. Translate raw data into actionable insights that tell us what they mean for the business.

Process Optimization

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Proactively streamline lead hand-offs, qualification rules, and deal stages to reduce friction for our reps.

Sales Enablement

  • Ensure the sales team has the right tools and content to succeed.
  • Manage quoting templates, playbooks, and automations that save reps time.

Data Integrity

  • Act as the "guardian of truth" for our data.
  • Regularly audit our database to ensure accuracy and consistency across all revenue teams.

Tech Stack Management

  • Evaluate and implement new tools (e.g., AI assistants, calling software, data enrichment) to keep our stack modern and efficient.

Who You Are

  • A HubSpot Pro: You have deep experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs. You know your way around workflows, custom objects, and reporting. (Certification is a plus).
  • Analytically Minded: You are comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets and love answering complex business questions with data.
  • A Builder: You thrive in startup environments where the answer isn't always "this is how we've always done it." You build processes that scale.
  • Proactive: You don’t wait to be told something is broken; you find it and fix it.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar data/analyst role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven proficiency in HubSpot CRM (Admin experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales funnel and metrics.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with AI tools for sales efficiency (e.g., Gong, ChatGPT for automated drafting).

Why Join Us?

  • Impact: Opportunity to make a huge impact in the trillion-dollar construction industry.
  • Growth: Competitive compensation with opportunities for career growth and equity eligibility.
  • Culture: Outstanding company culture with a comprehensive benefits plan.
  • Perks: No formal dress code—we'll even give you TOOLBX swag to rock!

Terms

  • Location: Remote
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Travel: Minimal travel required, if any
