We’re hiring!

Angel Host is a Canadian-based, data-driven, and tech-enabled Short-Term Rental revenue optimization company helping property managers and hosts worldwide outperform their markets. We combine listing optimization, channel strategy, and pricing expertise with Sentinel, our proprietary decision-making platform, to turn complex data into clear, revenue-driving actions.

Founded by experienced hospitality operators and entrepreneurs, Angel Host now works with thousands of properties across the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe. We’re looking for confident, client-facing professionals who enjoy ownership, impact, and meaningful conversations with clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Senior Revenue Manager

The Role

As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will play a dual role:

  1. Actively managing pricing and revenue strategy for our Revenue & Optimization clients
  2. Serving as a trusted expert and primary point of contact for our Sentinel clients, helping them understand, adopt, and act on the insights surfaced by our proprietary decision-making platform

This is a high-impact, client-facing role. You will not sit behind spreadsheets all day — you will regularly explain strategy, challenge assumptions, and guide clients through pricing and listing decisions via Zoom, in person, and at industry events.

If you enjoy conversations, debate, and teaching, this role is for you.
If you prefer to work quietly in the background, it’s not.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Producing and presenting pricing strategy proposals based on historical data, market intelligence, and qualitative analysis of each property’s positioning
  • Managing rates, minimum stays, promotions, and pricing rules across all relevant channels and tools
  • Creating, executing, and evaluating strategic pricing decisions, using both dynamic pricing tools and our proprietary Sentinel platform
  • Using Sentinel to continuously monitor property performance, analyze KPI variances (MPI, Booking Velocity, LOS, Booking Window, Channel Dependency, etc.), and identify the highest-impact actions
  • Diagnosing whether underperformance is driven by pricing vs. listing quality (amenities, photos, content, policies), and coordinating fixes with the appropriate teams
  • Serving as the main point of contact for Sentinel clients, providing clear guidance, support, and education on system outputs and recommendations
  • Educating internal and external stakeholders on our Revenue Management methodology, through concise reports, presentations, and live discussions
  • Participating in client calls, strategy sessions, and presentations to confidently explain why we recommend specific actions
  • Producing internal performance reporting to ensure no property “falls between the cracks”
  • Staying current on revenue management tools, technology, and industry trends
  • Participating in industry conferences and events (some national/international travel required)
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue targets across your assigned portfolio

This Job Is for You If…

  • You have proven experience in Hotel or Short-Term Rental Revenue Management, with a strong track record of results
  • You are fully fluent in English, both written and spoken, and can explain complex concepts clearly and confidently
  • You are comfortable, and excited, speaking directly with clients, whether one-on-one, on Zoom, or in front of a room
  • You have hands-on experience with dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs experience a strong plus)
  • You are highly proficient with spreadsheets and data analysis (Google Sheets / G-Suite preferred)
  • You have experience working with Property Management Systems is a plus
  • You are analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, but also opinionated and decisive
  • You take initiative naturally and don’t wait to be told what needs to be done
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed, regardless of title
  • You value honesty, professionalism, and accountability
  • You enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-energy team, and yes, you like to laugh

One Last (Very Important) Thing

This role requires strong communication and presence.
You will regularly interact with clients, challenge ideas, explain decisions, and represent our methodology publicly. If that excites you, we want to meet you.
