Transform revenue performance through innovative data analysis and AI, playing a founding role in building Revenue Intelligence at Sleek with direct access to leadership.
Through proprietary software and AI, along with a focus on customer delight, Sleek makes the back-office easy for micro SMEs.
We give Entrepreneurs time back to focus on what they love doing - growing their business and being with customers. With a surging number of Entrepreneurs globally, we are innovating in a highly lucrative space.
We operate 3 business segments:
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 500 staff with an intact startup mindset.
We have recently raised Series B financing off the back of >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years. Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia.
We are technology-first, relentlessly customer-centric, and obsessed with turning complexity into clarity.
As we scale across markets, our Revenue organisation — spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — is the engine that drives growth. And we believe the teams that will win in the next decade are those that harness data and AI not as a luxury, but as infrastructure.
Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Asia Pacific.
Requirements
We're looking for a Revenue Intelligence Analyst, AI-Native who is excited about the following Mission and Outcomes.
This is not a reporting role. This is a founding role for Revenue Intelligence at Sleek.
Mission:
You will be the person who transforms how our entire Revenue organisation, understands its performance, anticipates risk, and seizes opportunity. Working at the intersection of world-class analytical thinking and the transformative power of large language models, you will deliver insights at a speed and depth that no traditional analyst ever could.
This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch, with real ownership and direct access to Revenue leadership.
Outcomes:
Become the single source of truth for Revenue metrics across Sales & Marketing — marketing performance, pipeline health, CAC, LTV, activation, expansion and beyond.
Leverage AI models (Claude, Gemini, and others) to automate insight generation, narrative writing, anomaly detection and forecasting — turning hours of work into minutes.
Build internal AI agents that automate New Business sales performance granular monitoring & drive actions: pipeline analysis, areas for improvement and next best actions for each sales representative.
Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines that keep the entire Revenue org informed without manual effort, creating a culture of real-time, data-driven decision-making. You will redefine how revenue decisions are made, replacing manual analysis with AI systems that operate continuously, not periodically.
Surface growth levers and churn signals by connecting dots across CRM, product, support and financial data sources that today live in silos.
Partner directly with Revenue leaders to scope analyses, shape strategy and translate data into decisions.
Enable non-analysts across the Revenue org to self-serve insights — you raise the data fluency of the whole team, not just your own.

What Sets you Apart:
We're looking for someone exceptional. Here is what exceptional looks like for this role.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW
This is genuinely rare. You won’t be the fifth analyst on a team, inheriting someone else’s dashboards and maintaining the status quo. You will be the architect of Revenue Intelligence at a company scaling fast across some of the most exciting markets in the world.
Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team. We move fast and need to know that everyone will see things through to completion and proactively help to get things back on track when challenges arise. Accountability is really important to us.
Humility: There is so much we don’t know. Humility allows for open-mindedness to feedback and a willingness to learn from others. It paves the way for collaboration and creates a positive work environment. It is a key ingredient of self awareness and emotional intelligence.
Structured Thinking: Our business is complex with many layers (many services, many countries, many cultures). Regardless of whether you’re more analytical or creative in nature, being able to show sound judgement is important to us. It ensures solutions are pragmatic and balance the needs of the organisation, team and customers.
Data driven: We are a data rich business with ~15,000 small customers. Each decision we make can impact many more people than we realise - so it’s critical that we use sound data to support our strategies and review the success of our initiatives.
Can have tough conversations in a positive way: It’s not a matter of if, but when difficult interpersonal situations arise. Disagreement, conflict and disappointment are a given in a fast moving business where people care about their work. People that proactively have tough conversations with kindness build empathy, trust and great working relationships.
The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.
Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.
